EVENT MISSION
At McKinley's Centennial Celebration on January 25th, 2025,
we'll strive to provide a unique and unforgettable roaring 20's-style experience for all attendees.
Our mission is to unite adult alumni, teachers, staff, parents (past and present), community leaders, and neighborhood supporters in a hundredth-year celebration of McKinley's incredible focus on enriching lives through education excellence - honoring inclusion, inspiring courageous community builders, modeling mindfulness, embracing acceptance, and nurturing students in their love for learning.
Let's kick-off the next 100 years and enjoy a roaring good time whilst fundraising for the students of McKinley Elementary during this once in a hundred years Centenarian Milestone.

Ginny Luke is a prominently regarded in Los Angeles-based electric violinist and singer. Ginny's artistic experiences have varied from recording for Britney Spears, Foo Fighters, and Snoop Dog, to touring with Grammy Award winning Meat Loaf, to performing Prince's music with orchestra as lead vocalist and violinist on Questlove's 4UPrince Symphonic Tour. Ginny has appeared most recently on the Today Show and Jimmy Kimmel as violinist for Ashe, and is a featured violinist on the 2021 film "Aretha". You may have seen her on tour in San Diego as AJR's violinist. (ask your kids!)
